Deb Kladivko

Executive Director

Deb joined Rebuilding Together December of 2022 as its new Executive Director. With more than 40 years of experience working as a university staff member and administrator, she enjoys organizing projects, building teams, and working with people from a variety of backgrounds. She has served on the boards of non-profit organizations for her entire adult life and most recently volunteered with Habitat for Humanity in Aiken for 18 years. Through this experience she became aware of the poor living conditions that some of our most vulnerable neighbors endure and is excited about working with our board, volunteers, partners, and donors to improve the living conditions of the elderly, disabled, and economically disadvantaged in Spartanburg County.

Jim Jones

Construction Coordinator

Jim has served with Christmas in Action since its inception in Spartanburg County, having volunteered on the very first Rebuild Day that was held. He has since served on the board of directors and in his current position on staff for the past 5 years. Jim has 25 years of experience as a general contractor and home builder and is a past president of the Home Builders Association of Greater Spartanburg. Jim's expertise and leadership in project planning ensures the high quality of our repair work and improvement of homeowner properties.

Pam Orr

Volunteer Coordinator

Pamela began volunteering as our Volunteer Coordinator in the summer of 2024. As a native ‘Spartanburger’ growing up in Boiling Springs, she learned the value of a small town community. It is not small anymore, but giving back to the community that had a hand in making her who she is today is important to her. She has a servant’s heart and Rebuilding Together affords her the opportunity to serve in a meaningful way. She says, “I can’t swing a hammer, but I can help organize those who can”.

Jessi Jeffords

Project Manager

Jessi joined Rebuilding Together Spartanburg in June of 2024 as its new project manager. A Spartanburg native, she remembers her first introduction into volunteer work – a home repair project with her dad in Spartanburg county. She also served as service co-chair of ASTRA, a girls’ community service club, while attending Spartanburg Day School. These formative experiences shaped her lifelong interest in service. With an accounting background in tow, she is looking forward to working with Rebuilding Together to make impactful and meaningful change in the community.
